Went for a walk with Scott’s family when I first arrived on the Sunshine Coast. Grabbed this photo of Scott and just not sure what he is training for and whether it works. Regardless, using the philosophy that if it looks stupid is must work, then this must be the ultimate training method and soon he will have a book and DVD explaining the latest hit exercise regime.
